Exercise Mp3 Player

What Mp3 player could I buy that is MAC compatible & has a radio?

I am looking for an Mp3 player to use while exercising. (Sturdy & has an arm strap) I haven’t been able to find a good quality one that is MAC compatible, in addition to having an AM/FM tuner radio. What brand could I buy and where could I buy one like that?
